A credit card is required to make a reservation. 

Payment by: cash, personal check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. 

Check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out time is by 11 am.  When possible, special arrangements can be made for an earlier check-in or later check-out time. 

Cancellation policy – No charges will be billed to your credit card with notice given by the following times:

      Off-peak times: By 4 pm on your date of arrival
High demand: 72 hours
Lock Haven University graduation weekends: 30 days 

Pets are allowed with a $10/pet fee. 

Continental breakfast at the Best Western Hotel is offered Monday – Friday from 6:30 am to 9:30 am and Saturday & Sunday from 7 am to 10 am.

Hot tub hours are from 6 am to 11 pm.
